Development of Homeostatic System for Space Supply by Integration of Spatial Function and Capacity with Distribution of Supply and Demand of Public Facilities

本研究旨在以区域公共设施管理技术为基础，开发区域社区公共设施空间可持续供给的自稳态系统。为此，本项目分析了托儿支持等新型设施的使用情况，调查了市政建筑在市政合并中的转换项目，建立了区域设施使用区域的理论模型，并提出了需求点到区域设施的距离与人口聚集单位之间的关系准则。

The purpose of this study project is to develop homeostatic system for sustainable supply of public facility space by regional communities based on management technology of regional public facilities. To this end, this project analyzed the usage of new type facilities such as child care support ones, surveyed conversion projects of municipal buildings in view of municipal merger, developed a theoretical model for user areas of regional facilities, and proposed a guideline for relationship between distances from demand points to regional facilities and units for population aggregation.
