This study was intended to examine the comprehensive support system and social reintegration of patients with psychiatric disorders, and conducted ongoing research and analysis from the following perspectives.1. On the basis of inpatients records research, I analyzed the dynamics of the environmental transition before and after hospitalization, and considered the ward configuration and support environment of mental health facilities.2. On the basis of inpatients records research and behavior observation, I analyzed behavioral characteristics seen in the recovery stage of the patients in the acute ward, and considered on the improvement of medical treatment environment in the acute ward.3. Based on surveys of residential environment and interviews about the living environment and employment, I analyzed the residential environment for persons with mental disabilities towards self-reliance.
