p72 expression on cervical cancer and the effect of over-expression of p72 on cervical cancer cell line.

实时荧光定量PCR检测宫颈癌标本中p72的表达，并与正常子宫颈标本中p72的表达进行比较。结果显示无差异。免疫染色法检测p72蛋白表达，比较p72相关基因、p68、β-catenin与p72的表达水平。p72蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达明显偏低，而p68和β-catenin的表达与p72的表达不密切相关。目前还不能确定p72在宫颈癌发生中的作用。将p72基因引入子宫颈癌细胞系，用二维电泳法与原细胞系进行蛋白表达比较。我们检测到20个蛋白，它们的表达水平随着p72的引入而改变。现在我们进一步瞄准了一种与癌变直接相关的蛋白质。

The p72 expression on cervical cancer specimens are evaluated by real-time PCR and compared with p72 on normal uterine cervix. The results show no difference. The p72 protein expression are also evaluated with immunostaining and p72 related genes, p68 and β-catenin are compared with p72 expression level. The protein expression of p72 is significantly low in cervical cancer, however, expressions of p68 andβ-catenin are not tightly related with p72 expression. The results so far cannot conclude the function of p72 on cervical carcinogenesis.A cervical cancer cell line, which is introduced p72 gene, are made and the protein expression was compared with the original cell line with 2-dimensional electrophoresis. We detected 20 proteins, whose expression level has changed with the introduction of p72. Now we are further targeting a protein which is directly related with carcinogenesis.
