英文摘要
Peripheral blood samples from 226 cases of head and neck cancer (HNSCC) and 227 age-and-gender matching controls were collected and were analyzed by PCR-RFLP to determine the genotypic frequency of DNA repair genes(XRCC1, XRCC3, XPC, XPD, XPG). We found that the frequency of Gln/Gln at XPC Lys939Gln was significantly higher in head and neck cancer cases (p=0.028). XRCC3 Thr241Met polymorphism was associated with smoking status of HNSCC.
