本年度は、妊娠予備軍である女子高校生を対象に葉酸と神経管閉鎖障害の認知度・今の食生活で気をつけていること等の実態調査に向け、簡便で測定可能な尺度となる質問紙の作成と作成した質問紙を用いた実態調査を行った。医学中央雑誌Web版からキーワード検索をし、対象となった文献18件を収集した。これらの文献を熟読し、(1)葉酸の認知度を測定する質問項目、(2)神経管閉鎖障害の認知度を測定する質問項目、(3)葉酸摂取と神経管閉鎖障害の関係性の認知度を測定する質問項目、に焦点を絞った文献検討をもとに、カテゴリー化を行い、それぞれのカテゴリーに関する測定可能な質問項目を抽出した。その後、群馬パース大学倫理委員会の承認を得て、群馬パース大学在籍中の学生を対象にプレテストを実施し、評価・修正を加えて質問紙を作成した。11月〜12月にかけ、関東にある1県の主要都市2市に所在地があり、かつ普通科に女子高校生が在籍しており全校生徒500人以上を有する高等学校15校に対し、調査依頼を行った。そのうち、調査協力の意思を表明した7校の女子高校生に計410枚の質問紙を配布し実態調査を行った。その結果、402名から回答が得られた。現在、調査結果の分析を行っている。

This year, a survey was conducted on the awareness of folic acid and neuromuscular blockade among female college students, pregnant women, and pregnant women. The Central Journal of Medicine collected 18 articles. These questions include: (1) questions for measuring the awareness of folic acid;(2) questions for measuring the awareness of neuromuscular blockade;(3) questions for measuring the awareness of the relationship between folic acid and neuromuscular blockade;(4) questions for focusing on literature review; and (5) questions for measuring the possible relevance of folic acid to neuromuscular blockade. The Ethics Committee of the University of Singapore has approved, and the students of the University of Singapore have made inquiries, comments, and amendments. From November to December, 1 city in Kanto, 2 cities in major cities, and 15 colleges and universities with more than 500 students enrolled in general courses. A survey was conducted on the distribution of 410 questions from female college students in seven schools. 402 answers to the question. Now, the analysis of the investigation results will be carried out.
