英文摘要
The SPORTS rat is a good animal model for elucidating the mechanisms glucose metabolism and having fatigue endurance on skeletal muscle. To elucidate the skeletal muscle aptitude for fatigue endurance, ATPase chromatographic stains were used to identify MHCs fibers. Together, These results indicate that nuclear receptor family, PPARs and PGC-1β drives the formation of formation of highly oxidative fibers containing type I and IIx MHC in the SPORTS rat.
