The significance of leukemia inhibitory factor in recurrent miscarriage.

免疫印迹法检测蜕膜组织中白血病抑制因子（LIF）的表达。流产组与人工流产组蜕膜中LIF浓度无差异，妊娠4-5周宫颈液中LIF浓度与活产组及流产组无差异。在101例患者和82例正常生育妇女中分别有1例和1例发现SYCP 3基因突变，但SYCP 3基因突变可能与非整倍体引起的反复流产无关。

Leukaemia inhibitory factor (LIF) was found to exist in the decidua tissue by Western blot. There was no difference of the concentration of LIF between the aborted and artificial aborted decidua and also no difference of the concentration of LIF derived from cervical fluid at 4-5 weeks gestation between subsequent live birth and miscarriage groups. However, the concentration in chemical pregnancy and miscarriage with normal embryonic karyotype tended to be higher than that with abnormal embryonic karyotype.SYCP3 mutation was found in one of 101 patients and one of 82 fertile women and may not be associated with recurrent miscarriage caused by aneuploidy.
