Bridging the Gap Between EBN guidelines and Clinical Practice in Cancer Nursing

本研究分为两部分进行循证护理实践。在第一部分中，我们通过焦点小组访谈收集数据，对化疗专家护士进行定性描述性研究。分析结果确定“指南实施的多方面方法”为核心类别，共有11个类别。在此基础上，我们在第二部分建立了传播模型（草案），并对模型的可行性进行了检验。我们对化疗专家护士进行了前瞻性队列研究。这些结果表明，开发的传播模型（草案）减少了使用指南的障碍。

This study consists of two parts for practice of evidence-based nursing care. In the first part, we conducted a qualitative descriptive study by collecting data through focus group interviews in chemotherapy expert nurses. Results of the analysis identified "multifaceted approach to guideline implementation" as the core category, and there were 11 categories. Based on the results, we developed a dissemination model (draft) in the second part, and examined the feasibility of the model. We conducted a prospective cohort study in chemotherapy expert nurses. These results suggest that the developed dissemination model (draft) reduce barriers to utilize the guideline.
