The originality of this study is found in the fact that western medieval philosophy and Islamic philosophy are investigated in their mutual relationship. Concretely speaking, I made clear both the connection and disconnection between the thought of the Christian World and the Islamic World by the comparative study of the concept of natural law in Thomas Aquinas and the concept of law in Averroes. The dialogue between the Christian World and the Islamic World is an urgent task for us today. In this study, by paying attention to the philosophical thought of the middle ages, in which both world formed their civilization in the same legacy of Greek philosophy, a new possibility of the dialogue between the two civilizations is made clear.

本研究的独创性在于将西方中世纪哲学与伊斯兰哲学置于相互关系中进行研究。具体来说，我通过对托马斯·阿奎那的自然法概念与阿威罗伊的法律概念的比较研究，明确了基督教世界与伊斯兰世界思想的联系与脱节。基督教世界和伊斯兰世界之间的对话是我们今天的一项紧迫任务。在本研究中，通过关注中世纪的哲学思想，两个世界都在希腊哲学的同一遗产中形成了自己的文明，这为两个文明之间的对话提供了一种新的可能性。
