A Practical Study on Career Stress and Work-Family Balance in Nurses

本研究将工作家庭冲突概念作为衡量工作家庭平衡的指标之一，阐明了职业压力对工作家庭冲突的影响。在这项研究中，它被澄清的受访者的护士从大学医院有困难的平衡工作和家庭，由于各种压力源。总体而言，工作-家庭平衡对健康状况有显著的正向影响，对工作压力有显著的负向影响。因此，护理人员，特别是管理阶层的护士，在大学医院中扮演着重要的角色，需要给予更多的关注。因此，对护士进行组织干预（组织发展）对支持护士职业发展和大学医院的组织活力非常有效。

This study focuses on the work-family conflict (WFC) concept as one of the indicators of work-family balance and clarifies the career stress which can lead to WFC. In this study, it was clarified that the respondents of nurses from university hospitals had difficulty in balancing work and family due to various stressors. In general, work-family balance has a significantly positive influence on health conditions and a significantly negative influence on work stress. Hence, more attention needs to be paid to nursing staff members, in particular to nurses of the administrative class, who play important roles in university hospitals. Hence, organizational intervention (organizational development) to nurses is highly effective for supporting the career development of nurses and organizational vitalization of university hospitals.
