We investigated the psychosocial disability and the effectiveness of psychosocial treatment in patients with treatment-resistant depression(TRD). The results showed that TRD patients had been maintained to have psychosocial disabilities during medication. Adding group cognitive behavioral therapy (group-CBT) to medication improved both the depressive symptoms and the social functioning of patient with TRD. Moreover, their improvements for psychosocial functioning were sustained at 12 months following group-CBT.

我们调查了难治性抑郁症（TRD）患者的社会心理障碍和社会心理治疗的有效性。结果表明，TRD患者在药物治疗期间一直保持着心理社会障碍。在药物治疗的基础上加入团体认知行为治疗（group-CBT），可以改善TRD患者的抑郁症状和社会功能。此外，他们的心理社会功能的改善在小组CBT后12个月持续。
