Thermal Environment Adjustment Method Considering Thermal Adaptation of Occupants

The thermal adaptation is affected not only by thermal environment, but also by context of the given environment. Field surveys were conducted in three types of environment with different context. Dominant effect of outdoor temperature was found on thermal adaptation for evaluation period lasting over seasons, underestimating other context factors. Selection of appropriate evaluation period is necessary for further understanding of thermal adaptation.
