The effects of polarizing medical filter lens with the special narrow-band absorption to influence visual function and QOL of the cataract patients

研制了具有两种特性的组合医用滤光片，一种是能被紫外线显色和褪色的偏振光滤光片，另一种是能被可见光（约为橙光）吸收的窄带滤光片。本研究寻求一种兼顾高着色浓度和高吸收率的偏光浓度设置，以改善白内障患者的视觉表现，并保证其安全性。在日常生活中，包括白内障患者，这些特殊眼镜的有效性是通过监测检查进行的。在本次检查中，室外和室内的运动没有偏光影响，这些特殊的过滤眼镜是有效的和有用的。

The composition medical filter with two kinds of features, polarizing filter which colors and fades by ultraviolet rays and the narrow-band absorption filter by visible light (about orange light) , was made. This research was searched for a polarizing concentration setup which considered the combination of the high coloring concentration and absorptivity of an improvement effect, and safety to a cataract patient's visual performance. In everyday life including a cataract patient, validity of these special glasses was carried out by monitor examinations. In this examination, there is no polarizing influence in movement of the outdoors and indoor, and these special filter glasses were effective and useful.
