A Study on Providing Housing Information Aimed at Changing Purchase Attitudes for Realization of a Stock-oriented Society

沿着我国向存量社会的迈进，住宅产业需要高质量、长寿命的保险。在这种情况下，未来的居民被要求改变他们对房屋价值的认识。本研究探讨并提出使用学习支援工具，以改变居民的价值观，朝向实现股份导向型社会的实践。

Along with moving toward a stock-oriented society, the insurance of high quality and lifetime extension is required in the housing industry. In such situations, the prospective residents are asked to change their sense of the values of hosing. This study examines and proposes the practice of using a learning support tool, aimed at changing residents sense of values toward the realization of a stock-oriented society.
