ICT utilization among students who will shoulder 21^<th> century should be developed based on constructivism theories. As one of pilot project, International Collaborative Project was hosted for 3 years and designed while setting three phases, Preparatory Online Exchange, Face to Face meeting and the Reflection Phase of writing essays. We have also developed the material for the conventional lesson that meets the diverse needs of various students' back ground. As other domestic universities and foreign students has joined due to the program, this authenticity worked to enhance facilitation ability, project management ability, English utilization ability and sense of achievement by completing the collaborative work just like joint presentations.

面向21^世纪的大学生的信息技术应用<th>应该以建构主义理论为指导。作为试点项目之一，国际合作项目举办了三年，并设计了三个阶段，准备在线交流，面对面会议和写作论文的反思阶段。我们还开发了常规课程的材料，以满足不同学生背景的不同需求。由于其他国内大学和外国学生也加入了该计划，这种真实性有助于提高促进能力，项目管理能力，英语运用能力和成就感，通过完成合作工作，就像联合演讲一样。
