Cross-Border Cooperation in Europe and the migration

本研究的目的是在申根协议和FRONTEX对欧盟边境管制越来越严格的情况下，如何确保欧洲地区的跨境流动。研究结果表明，短途迁徙的控制受到长途迁徙情况的影响。保障跨境人员流动是开展跨境合作的必要条件，因此应构建新的短途移民边境管制体系。

The purpose of this research is how to secure the cross border mobility in euroregions while the EU border control is getting strictly by Schengen Agreement and FRONTEX. The conclusion was that the control of the short distance migration was affected by the situation of the long distance migration. To secure the cross border mobility is essential for launching the cross border cooperation, therefore the new border control system for the short distance migration should be constructed.
