A Study of President Jacques Chirac's Museum Project-the Musee du Quai Branly and the Musee du Louvre

本研究从博物馆学的角度阐明，不仅卢浮宫的会议厅，而且收藏非洲、美洲、大洋洲和亚洲文物的布朗利码头博物馆以及法国国家移民史博物馆，都是希拉克总统为建设多元文化社会而采取的积极举措。本研究也显示了进一步研究的潜力，以揭示雅克·希拉克总统博物馆计划的全貌。

This study from museological viewpoints elucidated that not only the Pavillon des Session in the Musee du Louvre, but also the Musee du Quai Branly which houses objects from Africa, the Americas, Oceania, and Asia, and la Cite nationale de l' Histoire de l' Immigration were created from President Chirac's strong initiatives to construct a multicultural society. The study also demonstrated a good potentiality for further investigation for the purpose of revealing the overall picture of President Jacques Chirac's museum project.
