Kinematic Study on Safe and Effective Methods of Walking for Pregnant Females

为了明确孕期安全有效的步态，采用三维运动分析仪、测力板和肌电图仪对5名正常孕期女性孕期和产后步态进行了分析。分析表明，在妊娠晚期，髋关节屈曲增加，以推动腿部向前，减少推离，重心离开，导致摆动阶段缩短。这样的步态模式可能被认为是对体型变化的适应。

In order to clarify safe and effective gait during pregnancy, gait patterns in the fifth to ninth months of pregnancy and during the postpartum period were analyzed using a 3-dimensional motion analysis device, force plates, and electromyograms, involving 5 pregnant females with a normal course of pregnancy. Analysis revealed that, during late pregnancy, hip joint flexion increases to propel the legs forward with decreased push -off and the center of gravity left behind, leading to the shortening of the swing phase. Such a gait pattern may be regar ded as an adaptation to somatotype changes.
