Construction of university-base comprehensive career support for international students.

综述了国际学生职业支持的现状和挑战，以及面临的挑战。基于国际学生由于语言和文化方面的劣势而面临这些挑战的前提，我调查了为国际学生专门提供广泛的职业支持的必要性，并提出了大学在为国际学生制定定制的职业支持计划时应考虑的“原则”。

The current situations and challenges of career support for international students and challenges were reviewed. Based on the premises that international students struggle with those challenges because of their linguistic and cultural disadvantage, I investigated the necessity of providing extensive career support specifically designed for international students and suggested"principles" that the universities should consider incorporating when developing a custom-made career support program for international students.
