First, the interrelationship among L1 writing Skills, L2 writing Skills, and L2 proficiency was examined with the aid of various correlational analyses. It was confirmed that the three relationships between L1 and L2 writing skills, L2 proficiency and L2 writing skills, and L1 writing skills and L2 proficiency were statistically significant.
