INTRODUCTION OF THE RITSURYO SYSTEM AND THE ANCIENT JAPANESE FAMILY SYSTEM

据了解，日本在从古代中国引进立世制的过程中，由于古代日本人的解释不同，导致了世系组织、合法妻子的孩子和妾的孩子的重要性顺序、父系婚姻等父系制度的要素失去了实质。然而，在中国，原本只是高级官员特权的ONYI- system逐渐被视为继承法，并成为父系继承的一项重要制度。同时也清楚地表明，在平安时代作为相互支持制度的监护制度适应了个人所有和非父系居住，而这一时期的妇女在家庭成员的联系中发挥了重要作用

It has been clarified that in the process of introducing the Ritsuryo system in Japan from ancient China, the elements of the paternity system such as lineage organization, the order of importance of the legal wife's child and concubine's child, and patrilocal marriage lost their substance because ancient Japanese explained them differently.However, ONYI- system, which originally in China was only a privilege granted to high ranking officials ,came to be regarded as inheritance law and functioned as an important system of paternal succession. It has also been made clear that WUSHIROMI[ guardianship ],which functioned as a mutual support system in the Heian period, adapted itself to both the individual ownership and non-paternal residence, and the women at that period played an important role in the linkage of family members
