A Fundamental Study on the Provincial Government System and the process of formation of BUSHI in the Heian and Kamakura period

在本研究中，笔者试图收集和分析有关省、县官员的史料。我可以把省、县官员的表补上。围绕这一课题，笔者试图通过对《国族会馆》的研究，作为了解省政府制度的素材。笔者还对苏某摔跤运动员进行了分析，以此为材料考察省级县官与布施或省政府系统的关系。通过这种分析，我们可以揭示出由于缺乏这一类史料而很难研究的几个省份的省政府制度，如土佐、三木、稻叶、下助、日立等省。

In this research I tried to collect and analyze the historical materials about the provincial and county officers. I could make up the Tables of provincial and county officers. Concerning with this task, I tried to study on the "Kokumujojo" as a material for understanding the system of provincial government. I also analyzed the Sumou Wrestlers as a material for investigating the relationship between the provincial county officers and Bushi or provincial government system. Through this analysis we could reveal the provincial government system of several provinces which were very difficult to research for the lack of historical materials like this category, such as Tosa, Sanuki, Inaba, Shimotsuke, Hitachi Provinces.
