A theory of social philosophical issues about childhood in contemporary Japan

本研究的目的是运用基于法理学和社会哲学的分析框架，探讨当代日本“儿童养育和教育”的规范状态。广泛地说，关于育儿和教育的哲学问题嵌入了童年本身及其更好的待遇。这项研究考虑了当代日本的哪种设备是有效的。特别是，围绕“儿童权利”这一概念的研究从多个角度(如权利话语及其利弊)进行了考察。

The purpose of this study was that using the analytical framework based on jurisprudence and social philosophy the study explored a normative state of "child rearing and education" in contemporary Japan. Widely, philosophical issues concerning the parenting and education embedded childhood itself and its better treatment. The study considered what kind of devices in contemporary Japan was effective. In particular, the research centered around the idea of "the Rights of the Child" was examined from various angles (such as rights talk and its pros and cons).
