legal problems of genetic diagnosis

本研究探讨DNA分析在亲子关系问题中的意义。在基因诊断的法律的问题中，决定是否知悉基因诊断结果的利益起着决定性的作用，而亲子关系的确定并不仅仅取决于基因事实。本研究在比较德国法的论述的基础上，探讨在决定法律的亲子关系时，应如何对待基因诊断及其结果。

This study examined the significance of DNA-analysis in the problems of parent-child relationship. In the legal problems of genetic diagnosis the interest to decide whether to know about the results of genetic diagnosis plays a decisive role, while the parent-child relationship doesn' t depends solely on the genetic facts. In this study is researched, in comparison of the discussion of German law, how genetic diagnosis and its result should be treated in deciding a legal parent-child relationship.
