A Study on Source of Credibility of Local Portal Site and Value of Administrative Information Based on Residents' Evaluation

为了明确基于公私合作关系的地方门户网站提供当地信息的关键成功因素，我们在兵库市南华二市进行了问卷调查和全国网络调查，采用选择实验、AHP(层次分析)和CVM(条件估值方法)。结果表明，门户网站运营组织需要公信力、公益性和信息技术能力，可信度是可信度的主要来源。我们还表明，根据居民的个人态度提供定制的行政信息是当地门户网站成功的第一步。

In order to clarify the key success factor for Public-Private Partnership based local portal sites which provide local information, we conducted a questionnaire survey in Minami-Awaji city in Hyogo and a national web survey by applying choice experiments, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and CVM(Contingent Valuation Method). From the result, we showed that credibility, public-spiritedness and information technology capability are required for portal site operating organization and reliability is the main source of credibility. We also showed that provision of administrative information customized by residents' personal attitude is effective as a first step for success of local portal sites.
