Study for Development of a Team-Assessment Support Tool Targeting High-Risk Social Work Client Systems

我通过与团队评估工作组成员的协作反复检查工作，在生态系统会议上进行研究和反复检查，改进了一个目的和作为实践支持工具的功能，并能够为一个试用版本(VER)做出阐述。9)。通过使用本连续案例的检查工作的过程，我认识到当一个工作计划是必要的并且能够制定工具利用计划(一个初步计划)时有效地检查它，我能够从验证研究的过程中得到对工具有效性的积极响应，另一方面，意图有效实践的团队评估认识到我仅仅通过阐述工具而没有得出的结论。我想挑战一个新的研究主题，称为结合工具的团队方法支持计划的发展。

I repeated inspection work by the collaboration with the member of the team assessment working group in the ecosystem meeting for the study and repeated check, the improvement of a purpose and the function as the practice support tool and was able to make elaboration for a trial version(ver. 9). Through a process of the inspection work using the case of the present continuous, I recognized it to inspect it effectively when a program for work was necessary and was able to make a tool utilization program(a tentative plan).I was able to get positive responses from the process of the proof study to the effectiveness of the tool, and, on the other hand, the team assessment that intended effective practice realizes what I do not conclude only by elaborating a tool.I want to challenge a new research theme called the development of the team approach support program that incorporated a tool.
