For the purpose of clarifying the role of school education in the process of cultural globalization and hybridization, literature-based study and questionnaire-based study were conducted. The results indicate that modern Japanese cultural policy has created a new national musical culture but the influence has not reached people' s private musical lives and that in Thailand, where state did not play an active role in cultural transformation, both collective and individual musical identities are dominated by Western-style popular music.

为了阐明学校教育在文化全球化和杂合化过程中的作用，本研究采用了文献研究和文献研究相结合的方法。研究结果表明，日本近代文化政策创造了一种新的民族音乐文化，但这种影响并没有深入到人们的私人音乐生活;在泰国，国家在文化转型中没有发挥积极作用，无论是集体还是个人的音乐身份都被西式流行音乐所主导。
