Net shape of ceramics coated dental prosthesis crown by DC pulse resistance sintering

本文采用直流脉冲电阻烧结技术，开发了一种具有良好性能和几何精度的纯钛薄壁圆柱罐净形成形工艺。此外，还研制了一种用直流脉冲电阻烧结的石墨专用模具，用于烧结纯钛义齿冠和陶瓷涂层冠。所研制的专用模具可烧结出具有适当性能和几何精度的纯钛冠。

The present authors have developed a net shape forming process for sintering a thin-walled cylindrical can made of pure titanium powder by DC pulse resistance sintering process with appropriate property and geometrical accuracy. In addition, a special graphite dies, which is used DC pulse resistance sintering, to sinter pure titanium dental prosthesis crown and the ceramics coated crown have been developed. Pure titanium crown with appropriate property and geometrical accuracy can be sintered by the developed special dies.
