Significance ofα-synucleopathy in cardiac autonomic nervous system

我们对312例法医尸检病例进行了病理检查。结果表明，心源性猝死可能伴有中枢和周围神经系统□突触病。□-突触病见于外伤死亡，尤其是坠落死亡。□-突触核病的检查可能有助于探讨老年人群的心源性猝死和创伤性死亡。

We performed the pathological examination of serial 312 forensic autopsy cases. The results showed that there may be sudden cardiac death with□-synucleopathy in central and peripheral nervous system. In addition, the cases with□-synucleopathy were found in traumatic death, especially in falling down. The examination of□-synucleopathy may be useful for exploring the sudden cardiac death and traumatic death of aged population.
