promote liver regeneration after portal vein embolization using platelet administration

为了研究血小板给药对肝脏体积增加的影响，使用猪进行门静脉栓塞，有或没有血小板给药。对于未栓塞肝脏的体积增加，血小板给药组与对照组之间无显著差异。未栓塞组的肝组织病理学检查（两核肝细胞计数和MIB1指数）无显著差异。

To investigate the effect of platelets administration for liver volume increase, portal vein embolization was performed using pig with or without platelets administraion. For volume increase of non-embolized liver, no significant difference was found between the group of administration of platelets and control. There were no significant differences in histopathological investigation of non-embolized liver(count of hepatocyte of two nuclei and MIB1 index).
