The fabrication of facial prostheses using three dimensional full-colored rapid manufacturing method

为面部缺损患者制作眼面部修复体时，可接受的美学效果是很重要的。本研究的目的是发展一种利用数码成像技术和三维全色快速制造方法直接制造眼面部假体的基本技术。硅树脂制成的面部假体不能直接使用三维打印机生产。本研究利用三维全彩打印机制作了一种新型的盐基人工眼。

To fabricate of ocular and facial prostheses for patients with facial defects, the acceptable esthetic is important. The purpose of this study was to develop a basic technique for directly fabricating ocular and facial prostheses with digital imaging photography and using three dimensional full-colored rapid manufacturing method. The facial prosthesis made of silicone cannot be produced directly using three dimensional printer. In this study, the new method to fabricate artificial eyes made of salt were developed using three dimensional full-colored printer.
