A practical research for digital recording and promotion of utilization of related information about collections in the science museum setting

本研究旨在建立科学博物馆收藏与研究口述历史数字档案馆。我们开发了一个可通过网络访问的数据库和一个智能手机应用程序，以记录博物馆的研究活动过程。在开发该系统时，我们考虑了以下条件：(1)从博物馆外发布信息很容易(2)元数据是可记录的，如知识产权信息和位置信息(3)发布的数据可以用于展览和教育。

The purpose of this study is to establish the digital archive of oral history about collection and research in science museums. We have developed a Web-accessible database and a smartphone application to record the process of research activity at museums. When developing this system, we took account of following these conditions :(1) easily posting information from outside of museums(2) metadata is recordable, such as information of intellectual property right and location information(3) posted data is utilizable for exhibition and education.
