POEM(pre-osteoblast epidermal growth factor-like repeat protein with meprin, A5 protein, and receptor protein-tyrosine phosphatase μ domain) gene expression was suppressed by TGF-β via ERK1/2 and JNK. To investigate function of POEM in osteoblasts and bone formation, we determined start point transcription.

POEM（pre-osteoblast epidermal growth factor-like repeat protein with meprin，A5 protein，and receptor protein-tyrosine phosphatase μ domain）基因表达被TGF-β通过ERK 1/2和JNK抑制。为了研究POEM在成骨细胞和骨形成中的功能，我们确定了起始点转录。
