Development of Nursing Program for Supporting Decision Making Process with a Cancer Patient

基于上述情况，采用“协助癌症患者护理决策的共同决策过程模型”的咨询显示出一定的效果：在患者方面，他们与价值观清晰度相关的冲突减少了，患者有能力做出具体的努力来解决决策;在护士方面，他们加深了对缩小咨询焦点的重要性的认识，同时分享病人的情绪和分享病人的决定-他（她）在了解个人价值观的情况下参与决策过程，从而能够按计划提供决策帮助。

Given the above, consultation using the "shared decision making process model that assists cancer patient care decision-making" was shown to produce certain effects : on the patients'side, their conflicts related to values clarity decreased, and patients were empowered to make specific efforts to address decision-making ; on the nurses'side, they deepened their awareness of the importance of narrowing the consultation focus while sharing the patient's emotions and of sharing the patient's decision-making process with the knowledge of his/her personal values, and thereby became able to provide decision-making aids as intended.
