(1) Questionnaire surveys on the sexual behavior of foreign nationals and (2) interview surveys to Japanese couples on their sexually preventive behavior (contraception and prevention of sexually-transmittal diseases) were conducted. As a result, regarding contraception, 80 percent of the respondents in (1) considered that both men and women should take the initiative. On the other hand, in (2), the Japanese couples tended to have sexual intercourse without a condom because of low awareness of sexually-transmittal diseases. Also, this was related to the Japanese women's affectionate relationships with their partners, economic and social independence through employment, and lack of pregnancy experience. It is necessary to create an opportunity for both men and women to recognize pregnancy and sexually-transmittal diseases as their concerns. Also, through role-playing between couples or pseudo-couples, it is essential to improve their skills in negotiating with their partners.

(1)对外国人的性行为进行了问卷调查和（2）对日本夫妇进行了性预防行为（避孕和预防性传播疾病）的访谈调查。因此，在避孕方面，（1）中80%的受访者认为男性和女性都应该采取主动。另一方面，在（2）中，日本夫妇倾向于在没有避孕套的情况下进行性交，因为对性传播疾病的认识较低。此外，这与日本妇女与其伴侣的亲密关系、通过就业实现的经济和社会独立以及缺乏怀孕经验有关。有必要为男女双方创造机会，使他们认识到怀孕和性传播疾病是他们关注的问题。此外，通过夫妻或伪夫妻之间的角色扮演，提高他们与伴侣谈判的技巧至关重要。
