本研究は、発達障害児の社会的スキルの獲得と般化(広義の適応)を促す方法を検討する枠組みとして、集団のメンバーの行動に応じて集団全体に強化や弱化といった環境の変化が随伴される「集団随伴性」(Litow & Pumroy,1975)に着目した。そして、社会的スキルの欠如や遂行困難に起因する問題行動を集団随伴性の観点から分析、指導する方法を確立することを目的とした。前年度までの先行研究の文献的検討および小集団指導場面における児童間の相互作用の分析から、以下の点が示されていた。(1)集団随伴性は集団内の成員間の相互作用に特有の影響を与える、(2)それは他者への援助等の向社会的行動として、あるいは威圧的な言動等の問題行動として生じる、(3)その背景には集団随伴性における強化の相互依存関係(強化されるか否かは自分の行動だけでなく他者の行動にも依存している)がある、(4)特に問題行動として生じやすくなるいくつかの条件がある。今年度はこうした知見から、児童集団間で生じている問題行動を集団随伴性の観点から分析する枠組みを構築し、その分析枠を用いて通常学級における学級全体が関与する問題行動の解決を試みた。授業等の準備に著しい困難が見られた公立小学校2年生の1学級において、強化の相互依存関係の分析および問題行動が生じやすくなる条件の有無を査定した。その結果、一部の児童の逸脱によって学級全員が叱責されるという弱化の集団随伴性の存在が確認され、叱責の原因となる児童数名が明らかであり、それらの児童の逸脱は他児からの注目という集団随伴性とは両立しない強化随伴性によって維持されていた。そのため、逸脱をしている児童への不適切な関わりが増加し、全体の準備がさらに遅れていた。そこで、(1)学級全体に適切な準備と声かけについてのSSTを実施し、弱化から強化の集団随伴性に転換を行った。単一事例研究法による独立変数と従属変数(準備の所要時間)の関数関係の評価を行ったところ、介入を実施した3つの場面すべてにおいて両者の関数関係が示され、分析枠の妥当性が示された。

This study focuses on the methods for promoting the acquisition and generalization of harmful social groups (Litow & Pumroy,1975). (1) All students are properly prepared for SST implementation, weakening, strengthening, and group compliance. A case study method is used to evaluate the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables (preparation time required), and to demonstrate the appropriateness of the analysis.
