项目摘要

本年度は、研究課題「中国のアジア主義と西北開発-国民政府期の西北開発と地域社会の変容」研究計画書に基づき、国民政府時期(1930、40年代)における「西北開発」と西北地域社会の変容を考察するするために、中国(8月末～9月初旬)、台湾(12月)、国内(8月と11月)において、日本と中国のアジア主義及び中国の辺彊研究,西北開発に関する文献調査を行った。特に今年度は、1930年代前半期における漢人地方軍事勢力者による内モンゴル地域五原県(後套地区)の地域開発について主に検証し以下の成果を得た。中国における調査では、内モンゴル自治区フフホト市において、昨年度に引き続き、五原県での聞き取り調査結果の確認のため、内モンゴル師範大学地理科学学院の烏蘭図雅氏や同大学歴史文化学院の干永氏により、内モンゴル西部地域社会の地理的特徴と開墾事業との関係について教示を受けた。また、甘粛省では、蘭州市の甘粛省档案館や甘粛省図書館において、中国西北部に関する档案及び地方文献を調査した。台湾では、12月に台北の中央研究院近代史研究所や国史館において、国民政府および国民党政権の西北開発政策に関する档案調査を行った。これらの成果は、京都大学人文科学研究所共同研究班「長江流域社会の歴史景観」(2010年2月)において「南京国民政府期内モンゴル後套地区開発に関する一考察」として報告を行った。ここでは、「西北開発」と「オルドス開発」が、オルドス地域社会に与えた影響及び、その変容を総合的に明らかにした。

The results of this research were presented at the joint research class of Kyoto University's Graduate School of Humanities,"Historical Scenery of Society in the Yangtze River Basin"(February 2010),"An Investigation of the Development of the Later Regions of Nanjing during the Period of the National Government of Nanjing". "Northwest Development" and "East Development" are the two main aspects of regional and social development and integration.
