Researches on the statistical power of the likelihood ratio test in the cohort-based nested case-control data analyses

在队列嵌套病例对照资料的分析中，我们提出了一种统计方法来计算带有遗传和环境因素的因果推断统计模型的似然比检验的统计功效。并将提出的方法在统计分析系统R中进行了应用，提高了方法的使用率。此外，我们利用分子流行病学研究中的一些样本数据集，通过数值实验来评估我们所提出的方法的特点。因此，这些研究成果有助于提高分子流行病学研究的效率。

We proposed a statistical method to calculate the statistical power of the likelihood ratio test for the statistical models of causal inference with genetic and environmental factors in the analyses of the cohort-based nested case-control data. And we developed an application of our proposed method in the statistical analysis system R to increase the usage of our proposed method. Further we evaluated the characteristics of our proposed method through the numerical experiments using some sample data sets on molecular epidemiologic studies. Therefore these achievements assist in increasing some efficiency of the molecular epidemiologic researches.
