项目摘要

The purpose of this research is to explore the ability of the tool for the approach of the changing process between strengths and power in social work education. Therefore, the contents of the following: 1.Analyzing the reports of the university students who were lectured practical social work education by use of the tool for the approach of the changing process between strengths and power, 2.Review of the research related to the strengths education in social work, 3.Interview to the 3 teachers in charge of subjects of social work in each university, 4.Grasping at the present situation of the strengths education in university, 5.Participation to the conferences (domestic and abroad) about social work research, and publishing the process of this research at them, 6.Programming and lecturing the practical social work education focused on strengths and verification of the effect for students.

本研究的目的在于探讨社会工作教育中的优势与权力转换过程的工具能力。因此，以下内容：1.运用优势与权力转化过程的研究工具，对接受社会工作实践教育的大学生的报告进行分析; 2.对社会工作优势教育的相关研究进行回顾; 3.对各高校的3位社会工作学科教师进行访谈，4.掌握大学优势教育的现状，5.参加国内外社会工作研究的会议，并在会上发表本研究的过程，6.为学生规划和讲授以优势为中心的实践性社会工作教育，并验证其效果。
