Study of green tourism planning method by utilizing latent stocks of environment in rural area

本研究旨在开发利用农村环境潜在存量进行绿色旅游规划的方法。对赤木县的居民进行了问卷调查。主要研究结果如下：(1)从启用影响到分配园空置率的时间。(2)到达分配园的时间和服务条件是决定满意度的因素。(3)约40%的人表现出将他们的农田借给分配园的潜在意图。(4)出借期内良好的土地维护、充足的租金和公共机构的调解是重要的必要条件。(5)要实现绿色旅游项目，基于环境存量数据库的空间分析是重要的必要条件。

This study aims to development of green tourism planning method by utilizing latent stocks of environment in rural area. A questionnaire survey for residents was carried out in Tochigi pref. The main findings were as follows :(1) Elapsed years from inaugurating affect to vacancy rate on allotment garden.(2) Arrival time to allotment garden and terms of service were determinant factor a feeling of satisfaction.(3) About 40% showed latent intention of lending their farmland for allotment garden.(4) The important requisites were good maintenance of the land during the lending period, adequate rental fee, and mediation of public organizations.(5) In order to materialize the green tourism programs, the important requisite were spatial analysis based on database of environmental stocks.
