The study for development of database for cultivation of the nursing capacity of student teachers and new teachers in kindergarten.

在本研究中，我们开发了幼儿园实习教师和新教师护理能力培养的数据库。该数据库有大量的护理记录、图片、视频和对每个护理案例的讨论。每个护理案例都有动画、图片、护士S的支持和良好实践的讲解、护理环境的例证和重要的关键句子。这些实习教师和幼儿园新教师可以通过该数据库了解护理活动的要点，培养自己的护理能力。

In this study, we develop the database for cultivation of the nursing capacity of student teachers and new teachers in kindergarten. The database has a lot of nursing records, pictures, video, and the discussion for each of these nursing cases. Each of nursing case has the animations, pictures, the explanation about nurse' s support and good practice, the examples of nursing environment, and important key sentence. These student teachers and new teachers in kindergarten can understand the important points of nursing activity, and they can cultivate their nursing capacity, by using this database.
