Reliability of clinical diagnosis of medical imaging with LCD monitor examined using technique of cognitive psychology

为检验液晶显示器(LCD)对颅脑CT医学成像诊断的可靠性，从物理评价和观察者表现两个方面对LCD显示器的性能进行了评价。结果表明，家用Gamma 2.2的LCD脑CT脑梗塞的成像可用于临床诊断，尽管LCD的灰度不符合医学成像的标准灰度(灰度标准显示功能；GSDF)。此外，观察者对反应时间的测量性能表明了图像评估的可能性。

The performance of liquid crystal display (LCD) monitor for the medical imaging was assessed with the physical evaluation and the observer performance to examine the diagnostic reliability of the medical imaging of brain CT with LCD. The findings have suggested that the imaging of cerebral infarction of brain CT with household LCD of gamma 2.2 can be useful for the clinical diagnosis, though the grayscale of the LCD does not fit the standard grayscale of medical imaging (grayscale standard display function ; GSDF). In addition, the observer performance of measuring the reaction time showed the possible of the image evaluation.
