Analysis of the mechanism of metastasis mediated ADAM-17 in adenoid cystic carcinoma.

我们是在腺样囊性癌细胞中培养的。本研究采用Western blotting方法检测了肿瘤坏死因子α对几种腺样囊性癌细胞株CD44CD44裂解的影响。并探讨了腺样囊性癌细胞中ADAM17的表达与CD44裂解的关系，发现肿瘤坏死因子α作用于腺样囊性癌细胞后，并未诱导CD44裂解的产生。我们不得不考虑细胞系在肿瘤坏死因子α刺激后，寻找CD44胞内域定位的细节。

We were cultured in Adenoid cystic carcinoma cells. In this study, After the effects of TNFα cytokines on CD44 cleavage were examined in several Adenoid cystic carcinoma cell lines using Western blotting . And we examined relationship between expression of ADAM17 and CD44 cleavage in mechanism for the tumor progression of ACC cell.The treatment of ACC cells with TNFα did not induce the generation of CD44 cleaved.We have to consider that cell lines after stimulation with TNFα, we are looking for localization of CD44 intracellular domain location details.
