本研究の目的は、日本と中国のそれぞれの地域の企業、特に、中小企業が海外進出を行い、持続的にビジネスを展開することを支援するためのシステムを開発することである。そのために、各地域の産業構造の調査、特にサプライチェーンに着目したイノベーション活動ならびにマネジメントの実態調査、ならびに、ビジネスバートナーを発掘し新た提携関係を構築するための情報システムの開発を行う。本年度は、関東甲信越地域、ならびに香港の産業構造の調査を行った。両地域における現在の主要産業の調査、ならびに、サプライチェーンの講造の調査を行うための主要企業のリストアップを行った。また、企業情報を取得しデータベース化を行った。次年度以降、このデータを用いて新たなサプライチェーンの設計を行うための方法論の有効に関して実証的な研究を行う。本年度は次年度以降の分析に向けた、分析手法の開発を行った。具体的には、企業間の関係性をネットワークと捉え、その構造を分析するネットワーク分析手法の実装を行った。また、取引関係等の構造的な情報のみならず、企業情報などのテキスト情報から、企業間の類似度を分析し、ネットワーク構造として表す手法を実装した。また、実装した手法を用いた試行的な分析として、企業内における電子メールのネットワーク分析を行った。従業員の電子メールのやり取りの情報から従業員間のネットワークを構築し、各個人のパフォーマンスとの比較を行った。パフォーマンスとして特にリーダーシップ評価を用いて分析を行ったところ、勤続年数や年齢以外に、電子メールのヤリ取りのネットワーク指標が重要であることが分かった。
