项目摘要

本年度は映画教育に必要な実践内容を提示するために、具体的な実践から学習者の反応を記録し、その記録に対して考察を深め論文化を行った。また、映画における学習効果に関する研究を行った。映画制作を用いた教育実践を行う上で、実践者が留意しなければならない事はその実践に見込まれる学習効果である。しかしながら映画制作は基本的に協同的な作業であるため、個別の学習者について学習効果を測定する事が難しい。映画制作を用いた教育の有用性が認識されているものの、手法に多くのバリエーションが存在しないのは、この学習効果の見込みや測定の困難さが原因の一つである。つまり、学習の目的を明確にしづらいため映画を用いた教育をデザインしにくいのである。そこから、本年度は学習者が映画制作を体験学習し、その学習から受けた影響がどのようなものであるかについて作品の分析を通じて行った。そのために、映画制作内でのそれぞれの学習者の役割を明確にし、個別の学習者と作品に反映された表現の関係性が明確になるように実践を行った。分析はショット単位で行い、結果として自ら映画言語を獲得しようとする創意工夫、すなわち学習者個人の映画的な表現が見られた。映画制作を通じた教育実践には協同学習的な教育的価値、映像情報形成の仕組みを知るためのメディア・リテラシー的教育的価値などが存在し、これらの観点から学習的な意味が問われる研究が広く行われているが、本研究では映画を通じた芸術教育の可能性を提示する事ができた。
