项目摘要

本研究では、韓国語の未完了アスペクト形式「-ko iss/aiss-」を対象とし、第一・第二言語における未完了アスペクトの習得過程を明らかにした。第一言語習得研究では韓国語を母語として習得している4人の幼児から2年間の自然言語データを回収した。すべての音声データを文字起こしする作業を終え、93時間分のデータをコーパス化することができ、分析の対象にした。分析では、韓国語未完了アスペクト形式の発話数、発話頻度、MLU(1発話あたり平均単語数)などがコーパスから自動的に計算できるように、AWKプログラムを利用した独自のプログラムを開発し、使用した。その結果、第一言語習得では「動作の継続」の意味から習得するパターンと、「結果の状態」から習得するパターンの二つのパターンが見られ、個人差が大きく影響することが明らかになった。これは、韓国語の未完了アスペクトの習得に関する第一言語習得研究分野で初めての研究であり、今後韓国語の幼児言語コーパスを公開することと共に、様々な研究展開が期待される。第二言語習得研究では日本人学習者を対象とし、教授順序と習得順序の関連性を検証する教授実験を行った。その結果、韓国語の未完了アスペクトの習得過程では教授順序による影響は無く、本研究の理論的基盤である「アスペクト仮説(Andersen & Shirai, 1994)」を支持する結果が得られた。また、教授順序を従来のカリキュラムと逆にしたら、正答率が上がる項目を発見し、効果的な教授法に関する教育現場への示唆が得られた。第二言語習得過程は「アスペクト仮説」に従うということが言えるものの、第一言語習得過程において「アスペクト仮説」に沿わない結果が得られたが、その理由としては、第一言語習得と第二言語習得のメカニズムの違いと、韓国語の類型論的特徴が言語習得過程に影響を与えているということが考えられる。
