总结了地球力学领域常用的数值方法（DEM、CFD、MPS和SPH）的适用问题和适用范围。首先，根据变形水平和变形类型确定数值方法的适用范围；在此基础上，以落石和土失稳为重点，提出了适合于各个岩土工程问题的数值计算方法。此外，还将数值方法应用于一些工程问题，从工程应用的角度总结了数值方法的要点。

Applicable problems and applicable scopes of numerical methods(DEM, CFD, MPS and SPH) that are used in the field of geo-mechanics are summarized. First, allocable scopes of numerical methods are figured out based on deformation levels and types. Then, suitable numerical methods for each geotechnical problems, mainly focused on rockfalls and soil failures, were figured out. In addition, the numerical methods were applied to some engineering problems and important points were summarized from the point of view of engineering utilization.
