The function of law and other social norms: case of goods transport in Japan

本研究旨在揭示物流服务提供商与其客户之间的交易实践，然后分析合同和非法律规范如何在这种交易中发挥作用。调查从四个不同的角度进行。对运输法领域、法律和社会规范的跨学科理论以及研究方法领域的文献进行了回顾，随后对物流服务提供商及其客户进行了访谈。

This investigation aims first to reveal the practice of transactions between logistics service providers and their clients, then to analyze how contract and non-legal norms function in such transactions. The investigation was conducted from four different angles. Literature was reviewed in the field of transport law, in the interdisciplinary theories of law and social norms, and in the field of research methodology, followed by the interviews to the logistics service providers and their clients.
