The concept of"Green-Tourism"or"Community design by Green-Tourism"has played an important part as one of the techniques for activating Japanese rural area. Also in South Korea and China, political promotion of green tourism is in a more positive situation than Japan. On the other hand, the exhaustion of the rural community by easy resortize and the continuity of success cases are important issues.This study is analyzing various subjects of Green-Tourism from the synthetic viewpoint of the management and succession of the rural community. And we clarified the necessary condition for planning of the Japan type and the East Asia type as realistic GT, for realization of "Community Design by post Green-Tourism".

“绿色旅游”或“绿色旅游社区设计”的概念作为激活日本乡村的技术之一发挥了重要作用。在韩国和中国，对绿色旅游的政治宣传也比日本更为积极。另一方面，乡村社区易再度假的枯竭和成功案例的延续是重要的问题。本文从乡村社区经营与继承的综合视角对绿色旅游的各个主题进行了分析。明确了日本式和东亚式规划作为现实GT实现“后绿色旅游社区设计”的必要条件。
