Development of the psychological education program for medical safety based on a protection model against accident generation process

本研究的目的是在事故发生过程防护模式的基础上，以风险认知为核心，开发新的医疗安全心理教育方案。在2009至2011财年，开发了多个虚拟体验项目。在角色扮演游戏中，通过创建人工环境来模拟事故发生的过程，使玩家认识和理解事故是如何发生的。将人因失误、医疗技术和环境因素的偏差的影响用于医疗安全教育，并对游戏的效果进行评价。

The purpose of this research was to develop new psychological education program for medical safety based on the protection model against an accident generation process, focusing on risk cognition. In the 2009 to 2011 fiscal year, several virtual experience programs were developed. In a role-playing game, an accident generation process was simulated by creating artificial environments which bring players about recognition and understanding how an accident takes place. The influence of the bias about human error, heuristics, and an environmental factor was used for medical safety education, and the effect of the game was evaluated.
